| Hi guys .. My hubby brought this book a month ago.. Hes hasnt stuck to it 100% but has still lost 5 kilos in that month. We listen to the disc everynight when we go to bed and I find I cant sleep unless Ive listened to John.... My hubby is loving this and hes also very much into Ester and Jerry Hicks books too .. They are not weight loss books but more about positive thinking.. Good luck with all your journeys.. Jo :) |

| Hi to everyone wonting to know about Gabriel Method, here goes i've been on GM for just over a month and love it. The visulisation cd really helps me sleep and in 1 month i have lost 6kg, i'm not even doing any excerise. We have started a forum don't remember the web addie though if u search around i'm sure you'll find it. |

| Hi all, I was just wondering how you guys were going? I'm desparate to lose weight and have tried various methods and nothing seems to work except three years ago when i basically stopped eating due to stress... Would love to hear if it's working for you at all. |
