| hello AdamKelly, i weight myself on sunday 4 and it was 80 today morning it was 78.4. just a small info, my doctor gave me multi-vitamin to be taken. |

| Hi Guys just a little update, start 84.3kg, 8th week 78.7kg = almost 1 stone Keep up the good work, great to see so many new people posting its inspairing along with motivating me to keep going. Has anyone suffered with mood swings/emotional days seems I am a bit more touchy these days. I am still getting dry mouth still in the evening more than anything, I dont know how to control it even thou I am drinking loads of water, any sugestions on how to control this as throat a bit sore in the mornings now. good luck to one and all xemx |

| By the way adamkelly, if u dont suffer from insomnia then u could try taking them later in the day. No harm in trying it once! I find the evenings the hardest too...i think everyone does! Boredom is alot of it for me so i try keep myself busy as much as i can! | taking reds the first thing in the morning boosts your energy level and stops the most common side effect which is insomnia. I wake up around 4 am every morning and it's difficult to fall asleep again.and i take the pill 6:30 am. | Here is a little note that I found on one of the website's I googled, "Reductil is NOT meant to result in "overnight" weight-loss. A healthy rate of weight-loss is ½ to 1kg per week. Even though some people notice an effect on the size of their meals within a few days, it can take longer for others. Weight loss normally starts within 2 weeks and continues for up to 6 months (although in some people eg diabetics, it could take longer). Hope this help, also read that from the time you take the tablet is only works for 4-6 hours each day, so I might take mine at 12noon rather than first thing becuase I find I get very hunry in the evenings so the effect might last longer this way? |

| omg im the same with the evenings, I get really hungry... wonder if some beef extracts is ok to have like bovil or something similar is ok to have its hot and tasty.. just had a made sugar craving there so had a bananna and an apple, god wish it was chocolate but im doing so good not going to wreck it now, mum of two, why dont you make the lunchs for the next day just after you have your meal so you wont be as hungry and tempted to munch? | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| @ adamkelly: I had grapes last night, something around 250 gr yellow seedless and i really enjoyed my simple dinner! @wallea :no hot flushes today which is good but still have dry mouth and drink one glass of water every 30 mins! @lisa :even if i don't weigh, i can understand from my pants that i'm losing weight. they never lie to me, hahaha i feel more comfortable in my clothes after only 3 days. you know what the problem is? i'm ok until 7 pm but then when i get home and i have to prepare meal for kids and then lunch for the day after, it's bl**dy hard to resist. And then there's weekend brunches with friends ;( i'm not gonna go on escale until next sunday but i will keep on reading this forum, it's encouraging. Well done people, do not give up, xx |

| Sorry everyone dont no why my post came out three times, must be an alien in my pc :-) Well doneTamhills, that is a great weight loss, im sure you will be a beautiful bride nice and slim . Thurday i will be a week on them, and this morning the scales was calling to me, but I was strong :-) and I walked away, I dont no how good im doing and this is the right time of the month to be weighing myself becuase if I do and its not down I will be so disheartned and im be soooooooo good so going to wait until the following thur to hop on the scales....... if I have the will power to do that. I also believe as someone else posted that it is a lot to do with will power, for me its the fact that I know that im taken the tablets ( and the price of them) that is stoping me for overeating and eating the wrong type of food but I dont care what it is that is stopping me, I am going to try my best.. |

| hi everyone! well i had my first weigh in and lost 2.6kgs in my first week! :) very happy just hope i can keep this up! have to lose weight for my wedding in feb next year!! k_maree your message is very inspiring! i love it when people notice we are losing weigh it def makes me wanna try harder! So i am eating alot less then normal, but now i really need to up me excersise. this is what i find hard as i work very late and hate getting up early but i guess we just have to do these things right?! keep up the inspiring stories everyone :) |

| hello! wow theres heaps of new people since the last time i was on here! we lost our internet for a few days and it was driving me insane not being able to get on here! well ive just realised im nearly at the end of my first month! i have to see my doctor next wednesday for a weigh in and another script! im not going to weigh myself till the doctor does it and ive been exercising really hard every day! im still scared that the scales were wrong when they said i'd lost 4 kgs so far.. but my partner has been saying wow...your def losing weight i can really see it.If he says it he must mean it because he usually just doesn't say anything!I couldnt believe it when i hoped out of the shower...i realised the bath towel wrapped all the way around! usually there is a good inch or two gap!im really happy...motivated and not hungry! the reductil has made me feel like a different person!finally i can report to the doctor that for the first time in 8 years im "EATING TO LIVE NOT LIVING TO EAT!! hope everyone else is feeling motivated and great! lisa |

| Hi, has anyone noticed their ankles swelling up a little and hurting since taking Reductil?? I dont know if this is coincidence or it has been triggered by something else? | Hi Everyone! Great to see so many people around! Well, I just weighed myself this morning after completing my 3rd week on Reds.... and lost another 1.6kg! I'm thrilled! That makes a total of 4.6kg in three weeks! Woohoo! I think there are a couple of you (adamkelly & larienagorman) that are starting out on the same weight I was when I started - 92.2kgs. I am now 87.6kg so it does happen! All the best for your first weighins! Jo :o) |
