| Hi Susan PLEASE let us know what the 15s are like compared to the 10s. I'm hoping they work for me when i get them coz like i said to Jen, the 10s don't seem to be doing much for me now. I have been having vivid dreams each nite since taking reductil but I'm not quite sure why. I woke up exhausted this morning because i dreamt i'd been mowing lawns all day!!! Now i'm at work and feel like i shouldnt be here. Lucky i have an office to myself and can have the odd rest here and there! Take care Lyn |

| Hello all, Hope everyone had a fab easter, i am feeling loads better today and even managed to do a really long walk today and actually saw some lambs that had just been born it was amazing. i go to see my g.p tmoz for my first monthly weigh in so will let you all know.i was good and havent had any easter egg :) Susan how are you doing have you taken the 15 mg now?? i am hoping i can go on the 15mg will ask tmoz, did you ask or did they just up you to 15mg??. | Hope everyone had a fantatic day! I kinda let lose this weekend, and paid for it! - I find it I eat to much on reductil I get bad stomach pains! Back to it tomorrow, I just wish the gym was open, oh well I can do stuff at home! |

| Hi Lyn, Perhaps that is a side affect I didn't realise Reductil was causing. The vivid dreams. One dream I had was that I was smoking, when I woke up I couldn't remember when I had actually given up smoking. This made me feel very confused as I was questioning myself as to what brand I used to smoke. As my mind cleared, I have never, ever smoked a cigarette in my life. Now I would say thats vivid. | I have to agree with you there on the 'no side affects' (a little light headed, but I can deal with it). I have been taking Reductil for 2 weeks, and have lost 4kg. I am on 10mg and its working well. My tip for sleeping problems is take it as early as possible. Set your alarm for 5am and take it then. I am also eating bread with lots of seeds and fibre, so this maybe the reason why I haven't had the constipation that is sometimes expected. I am finding at this stage that the lower dose is enough to supress my appetite. I hope I don't have any delayed side affects furhter down the track, because this is working well for me. |

| Hi Jen sorry to hear you aren't feeling too good and thanks for your kind thoughts. I'm going great on the reds and have no side effects any more but do have the vivid dreams. They are sooo real. Gosh i dreamed i was back with my ex husband and i was gushing all over him. NOW THAT WAS A NIGHTMARE NOT A DREAM!!! Anyway i plan to continue on the 10s and see how Susan goes on the 15s then i might ask my doctor for the 15s. Have a great Easter break....talk soon Lyn x |

| morning guys how is everyone doing??i am still full of cold and fed up today as it my birthday and everyone including my hubby as forgotten, they got side tracked with it been easter.
