| i've been taking reductil 10mg for 25 days now and i have been having slim fast for brekkie with fruit mid morning slimfast for lunch and fruit again and a small portion of any meal that i cooked for the family and i have lost a stone i have never been hungry and done small amount of exercise each day i feel great i have 5 stone to lose in total | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| well this is my 3rd day now...no major side effects..the fullness feeling came along but not that much.. yesterday i had a slight low headache but not that serious,,ive had headaches b4 using reductil that are much worse so i know how to differentiate... been feeling alot thirsty if i talk..my doctor told me to drink at least 12 glasses of water!!! i cant do 8 now he wants me to do 12!!! well i drank until now just 6...ill continue the rest at night..its 11:51am here thats why.. so..i didnt check my weight yet..ill check it on monday and see if the reductil has any effect on me.. |

| HELLO Abeerdaifallah its not dangerous to use it for 3 weeks..actually that is the minimum range u can use it for.. but u cannot cross 1 year...thats it.. |

| Yes it works very very good but I have a question I finished two boxes right now it's dangerous to use 3boxes for 3 monthes and after that what I will do ??? It's no problem to use it forever or dangeous please answer me I have email abeerdaifallah@hotmail.co m |

| Hello jessicabults, good for you,,hope y reach ur goal..i nkow i will soon =) 7kgs to go..maybe more if i want to =P anyways.. yeah drink as much as u can water cuz my doctor told me i have to at least drink 12 glasses of water!!! |

| hi ive just started taking the 15ml too, im on my third day and so far so good, i feel great, i have a very busy time table with working two jobs and studying, so its very hard for me to have the energy or the time to fit in excercise but since starting the 15 ml ive been alot more energetic and have been walking for an hour a day in between jobs and still lasting till midnight at my 2nd job, no sleep problems r side effects as yet besides being a bit more thirsty which for me is good because it reminds me to drink more water. so well wait till weigh in. will keep you all posted. |

| Hello Kate, well i started my reductil today as well =) im 69kg hoping to be 63 or 60 which is okey with my hieght as the doctor said,but its up to me if i want to lose more,, i started dieting 2 months ago i lost 9.2kg without reductil, but lately i've been having alot of cravings.. im goin insain!! so my doctor told me to take reductil so today i started as i said,,hopefuly in 1 month i will lose those final 7kgs =D anyways,,dont ever ever mix any kind of pills with alchohol! its dangerous,,u might get a reversable reaction..if ur afraid dont drink,,realy or umight regret and make things worse =S u never know what could might happen.. | hey i started Reductil today i was pretty nevous to take them but i finally builded up the gutts, i was scared of side effects... i feel pretty normal. was pretty on a high this morning... now its past and im quite tired. i weigh 72 kilos and im proberly 5.6 tall and i want to get down to 60 kilos... im on the 10 mg reductils how long did it take for you to notice weight loss. also id like to know were u able to drink on them ive got my birthday party this weekend and im paranoid mixed together i will feel sick? | Hi there Septemberfield... Well,yeah im very concerned abouth this issue my doctor prescribed me the redectil 2 weeks ago but i didnt take them since my sister in law goes with me to the same doctor i thought i would go with her to ask him about it once more,,he said its fint and i wont gain the weight,,cuz soon i will reach my weight goal he will start letting me eat whatever i want but in small portions so i can stabalize my weight afterwards,,im supposed to be 63kg im now 69kg, i was 78.8kg, i lost all of that in nearly 2 months, but my metabolism slowed down alot,so thats why he told me to take those pills to help me reduce the remaining weight u know?.. My sister in law and her sister told me not to take them,,since they think i dont need them,,cuz my BMI is much less than 30 or 27% i think its 25 or 24%... But the rest of the ppl i know tell me that ur doctor knows best.. I WILL DEFINATELY KILL HIM IF I GAINED THE WEIGHT =P heheh 8 lost....8 more kgs to go... |

| Hi sweetdevil, I have been on it since 9th May - I have lost almost 11kgs so far. This has been done by eating a healthy diet (using a Dietician to put me on the right path) 3 meals a deal, also having 2 tbs on unprocessed bran on top of my cereal every morning. I am also walking about 1 1/2 hours per day with my dogs, and also stretchign excercises. I also have had 3 blood tests during this time to see what the different levels in my blood are like, and changing my diet to improve things like lowering pottasium, increasing Vit D, increasing Calcium etc. I dont know if you will put weight on again after stopping taking reductil, the only time I have heard of this happening is when some people just take reductil but dont change their eating habits, so that when they come off it they end up eating as they used to do when they were heavier, but I think it sounds like you are eating properly and excercising so I dont believe you need to be afraid, I have great faith in my Doctor and Dietician to help me loose weight and keep it off, so maybe you should go and speak to yours and tell them your concerns. | Hi everyone, Well i am on my 2nd month, this month taking the 15grams - i gotta say, that i feel way more sick on these then on the 10grams, and i lost more weight on the 10grams! Ive only lost a kilo since being on the higher dosage? Does this sound right? Anyone else experienced this? | hi there katey, im Norah im 22 im 167.5cm and now 69kg i used to weight 2 months ago 78.8kg. i go to a Dr who makes my diet paln to lose weight hoping to be 63 or less but it seems that in the last month i have only lost 2kg! is this good?? my Dr told me to do aerobic excersises which i joined b4 i went to him+ i healthy everything is low fat diet... even though i excersuise 5 days a week someday i skip becuz i cant go to the gym i lost just 2kg in a month.. so he perscribed me reductil 10mg..im very hesitant to tale it i heard a lot of ppl regained their weight back..i dont want that to happen to me! my Dr said hes only keeping me on them for 1 month maximum 3,,but i only want to take them for a month if he said its okeh..i still didnt use them hoping to lose weight after he changed the diet but it seems that my metabolism rate had slowed down a lot!! thats why he suggested reductil...i asked him if its possible to regain weight after discontinuing reductil..u know after reaching my weight goal he said no..but im reading alot of posts they say that they did regain! =S im very scared i dont want tp gain weight again..the thing is..i know that im not going to be on a diet my whole life..i will deffinetly have the urge of eating junk food and for sure im not going to excersise 5 days a week and specialy not aerobics...so im asking you..will i gain weight??? i nkow some ppl gained weight after stop using reductil becuz they didnt actualy diet or excersised..in my case i am doing all of that..so is there a possibility of gaining?? can u inform me with every single detail u know? since u used a year before?? thank you soooo much |

| hi all, i want to ask any1 with experience with reductil 10mg..my doctor prescribed it for me cuz my metabolism has dropped alt since my weight loss, i started as 78.8kg im 167.5 hight i dont know waht is it in inches i guess im 5.4 inches, im 22 years old i've been with my D.r for almost now 2 months the in the first month i lost total of 4kgs thats 2kgs every 2 weeks which waas good,,then it became 2kg the next month thats the total of 1kg every 2 weeks which is not so good! anyways he changes my diet plan every 2 weeeks when i see him, okey, when he saw that i havent lost that much in 1 month despite the diet and the aerobic excersise that i do 5 days a week he got confused,that i miust have dont something wrong,,but i didnt,,so upon that he perscribed me a 10mg "Reductil" im very hesitant to use them..not because of teh side effect no but im afarid that im gonna regain all the weight back when i discontinue using them in the future! im now 69kg but at the Dr's im 70kg my goal weight is to be 63 or 60kg in a month! i know the reductil is going to help me lose the extra kilos but,, ive heard alot of ppl who stopped using it gained double the weight back! btu they didnt excersise or dieted at all they depended on the pills alone! i just want to ask will i gain my weight back if i only use the reductil for 1 month only or maximum 3 months as the Dr said even if im dieting and excersising?? and how long will teh effect of the reductil stay or disapear from my body if reached my goal,,i mean u know what tey say that aspirin and panadol's effect disapear from the body after 6 years!! waht abot the reductil?? plzzzzzz anybody i beg u help me b4 i start using it!!!!!!! |

| hi aussie_cuck, im Norah i just wanted 2 ask u,were u in somehow on a certain diet or something?? or did u ever excersise while u were taking the reductil??? becuase its written in the paper that comes inside the box of the pills that u have to change ur lifestyle and the way u eat and must combine that with excersis in order to maintain the weight loss and stabilize it...i asked my Dr if im ever goin to regain my weight back after discontinuing it, he said no,,becuz i have to keep on dieting and eatin well for a while after stopping the reductil..plz reply me as soon as u can,,i dont want to start taking it if i nkow that im going to gain all that weight back again |

| yes reductil does work i have been on it before and i lost heaps of weight in the first week fast then it slowed down a little after that but still worked i have actually just gone back on it myself coz its the only thing that works for me | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| hi im a bit confused about what to follow also, i was doing weight watchers in the past which i lost 12 kgs with but came to a plateau so decided to try reductil i started with the 10ml and lost 3 kgs in the first week im now in my 4th week and have only lost 3.5 kilos im going to start on the 15ml at the end of this week but didnt know if there was any special diet i should be following, i eat healthy all the time and have my dinners are lite n easy meals but still not much progress, any suggestions anyone? | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
