Of course make sure it is 'food grade'.
In Adelaide you can get it from ACE chemicals.
Try yellow pages

You can buy it at Newton's Pharmacy in Sydney CBD. Google them - I think you may be able to buy their products via phone or web.

where can I get it from I only now from America but does N.S.W supply it?I would like to try it for my Husband the say if he use it in the Nebulizer twice a day his breathing will be back to normal he is suffering from Silicosis and Emphysema
