| Yes, it is true. So drink plenty of water to rid your system. Also a good vitamin supplement will help you get back on track. The Harvard Uni has just put out a new food pyramid that will help you see what foods to eat. just type 'food pyramid' into your browser thingy at the top. | I heard that when a person starts eating healthy after years of eating junk, that it is not uncommon to get (or feel) a little sick at first because their bodies are releasing the toxins. Has anyone else heard of that? |
