Hey everyone for a really long time iv been trying and researching bodybuilding and being a ectomorph ( worst genetics for building muscle) iv had to many problems to name, iv been tampering around with my diet and workout program for so long getting advice from people and aint getting no where. Iv only being able to put on 7kg and harldy any is muscle. I have a diet of 6 high protein and carb meals and plus 2 meal replacement shakes on top of that and give it my all in the gym.....

I always said that steroids would be a last resort but i need to know what would be best for me to take and could anyone hook me up...... sunshine coast QLD would be willing even for a 2 hour drive to reach them bodyboarder_26@yahoo.com. au
