Just started on the Spearole tea this week. Enjoying it, only need to let it steep for 30 seconds any longer use half a teaspoon I guess. Having 4 cups a day, replacing coffee so we will see how it goes. If we don't loose weight well it's good for us. Haven't noticed any changes to health, no extra trips to the 'ladies'. I will repost in a few weeks to report any weight loss.

Hi, the Latin Seed is actually a seed from South America..I just put a portion of the seed in boiling water and drink before going to bed... I haven't changed my diet and don't have time to exercise.(wife and 2 kids... get's too hard). I certainly recommend it. Since my post I have lost more weight and feel fitter than I have in 10 years.

Well it has been 7 days since I started drinking Spearole Tea and I weighed 68kg on Mon, today I weigh 66kg. I have made an effort not to eat any differently to normal Mon to Fri and I have had less exercise if anything. I have not had any increased urine output, in fact I am getting up less at night to empty my bladder. I have had no change to bowel habits and can only surmise that this weight loss is not due to fluid loss. I will be watching very carefully how my weight progresses over the duration of teh enxt 6 weeks.I would estimate that my weight loss is actuallt closer to 1kg than 2kg as 68kg was straight after a weekend of eating out special ocassions.I am feeling more hunger prematurely to meal times (I never eat between meals) and hope this is due to increased metabolic activity possbily caused by the tea.If this tea works it will be the easiest weight loss I have ever achieved over a lifetime of struggle!Stay posted! Hopefully I will be regaling you with more good weight loss news next Friday (I only weigh myself once a week).

I started drinking spearole a week ago. I have noticed significant decrease in appetite and find that I do not crave the sweet or fatty foods I generally like. I have also been using one teaspoon to a pot of tea and refill the pot everyday. I find that I can get at least two days worth of tea from this one teaspoon before it becomes too weak, that is around four cups a day. I have it cold and hot, depending on my mood. At work, I have a tea strainer which gives me at least four cups from 1/2 teaspoon - about two days worth. I love the taste and am looking forward to seeing results. I have noticed that I don't have bloating in my stomach either. I do recommend drinking plenty of water in between - if you can bear making a track to the toilet ;-)

I also have just started drinking Spearole tea. I found the taste very bitter and now add an artificial swetener as well as mixing half Spearole with half my regular tea. Then I realised that I had gone through the 100 cup box in half the time I calculated. I opened my new box and measured metric teaspoons out and got only 50, not 100. This is accounted for by the fact that teaspoons are a liquid measure not dry measure and every dry ingredient has a different weight. Not many people have scales that would measure the required 1.5g of tea per cup so I guess a teaspoon measure is the next best thing. My calculations suggest that, in order to get the 100 cups claimed on the box, you use only half a teaspoon of tea OR make 2 cups (500ml) from each teaspoon. I did this today and the taste is incredibly much better, no bitterness. Now I wait and see if there is any weight loss effect as this is why I am using it!

May i recommend that you try a teaspoon of honey for sweetening instead of sugar.
I have Just started drinking this tea and it has a nice flavor. Be sure to only brew for 2 minutes as stated on packet for best flavor.
Will see how it goes weight loss wise after a few weeks! |

Just got our delivery. I do not like the taste at all and felt sick after the first cup - you don't feel like eating after drink that stuff. My wife like green tea normally and she said it tasted OK - now lets see how she goes with her weight.
