Re:chest pains Reply to this message
I experienced these symptoms a couple of years ago when I was under a huge amt of stress and really thought, at one time, that I was having a heart attack. I was sent to a specialist and had all the tests, but it was definitely put down to stress. My GP showed me some relaxation techniques which I started straight away - and I've not experienced the chest pains since. You really need to be properly checked though. Good luck! Keep your chin(s) up!
