| parramatta , definition health club in parramatta, sydney, i used to be a member a few yrs ago and i decided i would get back into it i liked their attitude as opposed to fitness first, wen i went there all the gym was packed up i was shocked, the door was unlocked so i walked in expecting to speak to staff at the front desk as usual no one was there i expected they were elsewhere with other clients, as i walked up to it i instantly saw that no one was left, and the gym was vacated i was down stairs in the weights room by now with some wierd black floor the mirrors still up but no wieght machines anywhere it however the room was cut in half with a wall oviously they had sold a section of the gym to make a profit this was the down stairs section. i then went into the mens locker room on my way stil searching for staff as the place was unlocked, after going to the locker room and finding no one briefly looked at my muscles in the mirror as i had done one a eekly basses years before, i then headed upstairs, to my supprize there was a group of old men in a fitness class exercising with very light dumbells each with a diferent colour some were pink and there were 3 staff members present, 1 of them looking at me with shock aproached me very fast and said paraphrasing "i want you to leave" not answering any of my questions but with vaig answers this seamed wierd i wondered why she would not talk to me why she was in a panic to get me out of there as quick as possible, and why she found it nessasary to try and lock me out as fast as possible. i went home and got on the internet and found that they just upt and left with all their customers being left high and dry loosing out on their existing membership, it seems to me that this company tried to pull a swifty rip off its customers and now profits off either this new company that runs the old mens classes or the 3 staff i saw are direct staff from definition health club and are profiting by cancling the memberships of existi ... | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| NO they are terrible!! My local defintion, of where I am a member just went out of business - no warning to the members, it just closed its doors! We all lose our remaining membership! | Hello all, Having read the reviews about Fitness First and having seen my own friends suffer (due problems with issues of payment errors etc) I have decided to goto definition. I mean are there still any good private trainers available??? I live in parramatta, sydney and I am a student and I felt definition is a good alternative to FF. Any ideas or suggestions, please do post!! Thank you all.. wishes Rahul Atlury |
