| I've been with FF on and off for the last 3 years and from personal experience I believe they are the WORST gym group in Australia and maybe the world. Why did I go back? Only because there was no other choice. If a decent gym was around, I would definitely switch TODAY!!! As most people do, they join FF because it looks great to begin with. Little do people know that there's lots of faults with their machines, dumbbells constantly missing, group exercise classes full to the brim, lockers broken into everyday, bad showers and semi clear glass so the sick pervert next to you can jerk off and good luck trying to get cardio equipment before or after work and during lunch. FF has the highest turnover in personal trainers? Why? The majority of PT's do a 3 week course with FIA and are qualified to give bad advice. I'm a qualified PT as well and see the bad advice some PT's give to clients. (However some are really good so I'm not write them all off) Once FF gets you signed up to a contract that's the end. From that point onwards your just a number. They don't care what you have to say. Have a concern, ring someone who cares. They certainly don't. To cancel your membership, you have to meet with a customer care manager. There's only one in each gym and they see only about 2 people per day. They will keep putting you off and eventually cancel your membership after the next pay date. My suggestion, just cancel your bank account or credit card and let them get stuffed. Am I the only one that feels this way? Do people disagree about classes being too full, bad shower facilities, broken equipment that takes 2 months to fix, lockers broken into, dumbbells missing and impossible to cancel membership? I'd like to hear your thoughts. |
