| I have just downloaded My Virtual Home software as recommended by Better Homes and Gardens and Sunrise. But I am unable to use it, as they don't send the CD key serial # as stated on their WEB. The product support team does not respond to emails either. I'm surprised that Better homes and Gardens deemed the program worthy of recommendation. So now I have paid $42 for a program that is useless.
