Hi,

I cannot decide between colorbond vs csr monier horizon tiles. The csr monier comes with a 50 year guarantee and they look slick. Colorbond on comes with 20 year guarantee and can look stunning if you get the color right. I personally dont like the very light shades. A couple of builders, real estate agents say to go for colorbond because the house will have more resale value and it will be cooler. Not sure if the house will be warmer in summer? Some people have a very bad perception of tin roofs, like the rust, rotting and rain noise. Any advice? Is it true about the higher
