| Hi Debby - Good to hear from you. The cruise sounds terrible - make sure you don't get too sad while you're away :-) It would be great if you could get to a lunch sometime after you get back. I've been doing well - It was my 1 year bandiversary on Saturday & the day before I got just below my doctors goal!!! I would still like to lose another 4kgs to get to my personal goal & I'm sure that will happen. So my stats are: Weight at banding - 117kg Weight yesterday - 78.8kg Weight lost in 1 year - 38.2kg BMI was 38 - now 25 I also took my measurements & the ones worth noting were: Waist - 31cms lost & Bust 28cms lost. | HI Guys Good to see that you have got better attendance for lunch. Hope you have a good time, and I hope to get up to a lunch sometime soon. Had some fill out on Monday as I am going overseas for a few weeks. OH! it is so nice to be able to eat food unobstructed. I had not really noticed that I had lost the enjoyment of eating until I got that sensation back. Too much fill can be counter productive. I had found in the last 6 weeks (since my last fill which took me up to 6ml in a 5ml band) that I cannot seem to keep down meals, so nibbling becomes an easier and more dangerous alternative. Well I'm back to 5ml for a month and I have just had some toast with a cuppa for breakfast and it was HEAVEN! I have to be careful, but am hoping that I will be able to show some discipline and take control of what I am eating. Will be cruising for 10 days where food is absolutely laid on - 5 course dinners, 24 hour room service - all complimentary. Has taken me about 5 months to lose 4 kg, so lets hope that I dont put it back on. Will report in on my return! See you all, Debby |
