You get to see a 10min video of the lap band surgery via the lapriscope ( I guess that is what it is ) and the surgeon talks you thru it. VERY very interseting! http:/www.foodtalk.com.au I also found this interesting. It's Trudy Williams site and she discusses food intake for lap bandits! Post-Op liquids/mushies and once onto solids. She has books that you can order too. A good general book that I purchased was "Weight Loss Surgery For Dummies" ( yes they have one for us too!. What don't they cover? ) I purchased this book thru Collins Book store ( or you can get it at Angus and Robbinson, any good book store really ) They don't stay on the shelf long I was told so you may need to order it.
