| Hi, it defnitely works!! Its my 3rd month on it (week9) and i already lost 12kg's. I have no side effects whatsoever. As everything u do have to check what you eat and exercise is important. This tablet got rid of all my sugar cravings especially chocolates! Im happy!! |

| good luck Mishi you might find you are feeling a little "on speed" today - i just felt a little overexcited the first couple of days but that also could ahve been that i was excited to be starting something to get me slim again. so if you feel like that do some deep breathing, relax and also drink lots of water, you might feel like eating hardly anything but make sure you do still eat - just smaller portions and all healthy foods. reductil has helped me clean up my diet big time. also if you have trouble sleeping have a warm bath before bed, and some herbal tea. i also do a meditation before bed. it really helps. good luck. how much do you want to lose? |

| absolutely give them a try -they are great. (for most people anyway) drink loads (3litres) of water -that'll stop both the headaches and heko with the constipation. |

| I know how you feel, It took me a week to go and buy the tabs, I was also worried about the side effects. But I been On them for 10 days now and all I have is the ocasional headache. Dont worry about all the side effects that they talk about because it doesn't happen to everyone, the most common is the headache and constipation but even those go away in a couple of weeks. I didnt get palpitations but if you do, consult your Dr. Give it a go and you'll be able to tell within a couple of days if you can cope with the side effects, if you do, then you should be able to loose some weight because the tabs are quite good at supressing your appetite. | Hey guys, Im looking for a quick response if possible. Im sitting here with my reductil tabs and am going on them tomorrow. Im really scared cos im not sure what to do about if you get heart pulpitations or whatever its called. Is it rare? Im worried about all these side effects everyone is talking about..and i have to admit that death on reductil scared the begeebes out of me. Please help! xo |

| hi hot guy that's great news. well done. not sure where you are based but i'm in sydney and bought some reductil at chatswood westfield in the chemist near coles for $70 for a month. also to getter better bowel action buy some psyllium husks - not expensive at all and all natural from a health food shop or the supermarket health aisle. take 1 teaspoon in a big glass of water between meals. (about 3 glasses a day). it is a fantastic source of fibre and also lowers cholestrol etc. keep going and good luck for getting to your goal - although it sounds as though you dont need the luck! cheers maidagirl |

| Hi all Normally i dont reply to these things, but i have been using reducal since january this year (9 months so far) and in conjunction with running/walking twice a day and eating right i have lost 40kilos. I have about 15 kilos to get to my goal weight ( i was huge! ). Reductil really helped me, it costs me AUD $79.95 a month to have, but i guess i prob would have spent more than that on junk food anyway. Im hoping i will have lost the 15kilos by after xmas for my birthday.. then i will finally hit my goal weight of 80kilos. I suffer from 2 main side effects, that i seem to manage ok with. 1 is the fact that i can get quite "snappy" at times, i can get angry easyier lol, but not in a violent way, and second is sometimes it a few days before i do a poo. | I cant believe how much money some of the lovely ladies on here have had to pay for the tablets. I paid $31.00 for a months supply of 10mg tablets. They should make these tablets cheaper because they do so much good for people (unfortunately not so good for some). No matter what though, I think that every one in this chat room who is taking these tablets has a heart of gold. The world today is all about body image (as we see on television and magazines) there are alot of judgemental and materialistic people. It should never matter what is on the outside..what matters the most is what is on the inside. Ive been bullied since the age of 12 because i was the biggest girl in the class (of a class of size 8 girls). I never understood why I should have been picked on because my body shape was different to theirs. All i know is that everyone is unique and special and "beautiful" should never have the definition of "a barbie doll resembleance". xo |

| Your right. I did get the tablets. She was happy to give them to me so i was so glad. I have to admit tho i am scared about taking them. Im scared about bad things happening to me. I asked the pharmacist about the safety of them and she paused for a minute and said if your not on any medication you should be fine. She was ethnic so im not sure if she was scared to say anything or what. Im excited that im finally going to have a better life but im scared of anything bad happening. | hi if your BMI is over 20 then you've got a good chance for being subscribed them. I'm 5 foot 6 so just taller than you and i started at 87kg (on my doctors scales, 89 on mine). so my bmi was around 32 and she had no problem prescribing them for me. good luck |

| im 86 kgs and am 5foot 5 inches. Im going to the doctors at 4.30pm this afternoon.. my bmi suggests that im obese..ive got the lowest self esteem, i cover up completely during summer and dont go out much anymore cos i feel so fat in a crowd of skinny size 8 blondes at night clubs n stuff. My boyfriend loves me the way I am but i cant even leave the house without changing my clothes and checking if i look ok about 6 times. | Hi Melissa, What's your secret to that much weight loss? I average about 1kg per week I do about 1 hour of intense cardio 5 times a week sometimes 6 days. I was 83kg when I started now I am 67kg but my goal weight is 60kgs cause I am 159cm tall. Cheers, Candice:-) |

| hi casey - i think if you lose weight with reductil whiel developing sensible habits (diet, exercise, drinking water) then there's no reason why you should gain the weight back. anyway it's defninitely worth a try isnt it. the tablets are great although they dont work for everyone. make sure you know possible side effects, keep an eye on your Blodd pressure and drink at least 2-3 litres of water a day cheers maidagirl |

| elvenni check out this site http://www.ukmedixplus.co.uk/forum/viewtopics.cfm/ Forum/18/fti/reductil good forum and some people on there who have stopped reductil but still losing weight what you all need to realise is that YES YOU WILL GAIN BACK THE WEIGHT if you dont make a permanent change to your diet and exercise habits. if you come off reductil and start eating more calories than you expend of course you'll gain weight. you need to spend the time on reductil developing good habits that you can maintain for the rest of your life, cheers maidagirl |

| I went on Reductil for three months and had no real problems. I've recently gone off anti depressants and because putting on so much weight with them plan to get back on Reductil as soon as I can. Just be sure to drink plenty of water and try to take the tablet at the same time each day. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Does anyone have experience of coming off Reductil and maintaining the weight loss? I am doing well and very excited, but on checking out others stories, people seem to have put the weight back on when they come off.
