I am wanting a vendor finance property in Rockhampton, or north to The Caves, Yaamba area. Only flood free areas. Prefer larger home with large secure storage area/garage. We have 2 full time kids and 2 on contact visits. We are eligible for FHOG.
Tenant Ledger shows $360 per week paid between 3 and 4 weeks in advance at all times over last 18 months.
We are self employed.

Perhaps you could have a trusted third party distribute the funds ie mortgage repayment to the original lending bank and the balance to the vendor.

I am quite interested in the rent to buy way of purchasing a home but a couple of things are nagging me ,mainly the issue of the house ownership itself meaning what if the owner (the financeer) didnt pay his due amount to the bank despite me (the prospective owner or the financee) paying all the amounts due ,i think the forclosure officer would come knocking on my door & then i will be in deep trouble ,losing the amount i already paid & lossing any asset ownership in the house
If some one can help me with that ,i think i will certainly buy a couple of properties |
