Simple steps to sell to ⦠We Buy Houses
Selling to We Buy Houses is very different to selling your property through a real estate agent. We Buy Houses becomes the direct purchaser, cutting out the middle man so you don't have to pay fees or agents commissions. The paperwork still remains the same, it simply means youâre going direct to us...the buyer!

In a typical sale using an estate agent, you need to supply a contract of sale which is normally drawn up by your legal representative who acts on your behalf. This is then forwarded to the real estate agent who then puts this in a drawer waiting for a buyer to surface to buy your house. This contract is then forwarded to the buyers legal representative who looks the paperwork over and it is the two legal representatives (one representing the buyer, one representing the seller) that finally organize the execution of documents and make sure everybody gets paid as per the agreement.
Do things differently...
