Hi I know what the banks are wanting me to do, I know what tyhe predictions are. but not many gurus are saying what to do now on fixing or leave it floating. anyone who is in the know that can help me decide it would be great. I have a 200,000 dollar mortgage, with 20 thousand in offset account I'm paying 5.66 % variable at the moment . no other real assets. not a huge income either any Ideas what i should do??
