Hi. Please contact me if you know how to break free for less because I am in the same situation and I locked my loan at 2 years fixed for 9.14%. If I break it now, it will cost me around $12K on Early Repayment Cost... I am with ANZ... Thanks!

Break cost more than 14K Reply to this message
I had too much stress about interest rate was going up many times and discussed to lender about negotiate the rate 4 months ago.
And she told me that they have a special offer 8.99% fixed rate and I decided to change to 3 years fixed rate.
After I change interest rate is going down.
I contacted lender and I want to changed to variable rate and she told me I have to pay break cost more than 14K.
What should I do now?
My loan is 256K.
