| Definate Scam. UK Banking laws prohibit this type of offshore funding for personal loans. The big boys such as Lloyds can do it for big business loans, but not a little money lender like this for such small amounts. They would have trouble even sending this money out of Britain without a red flag being raised. |

Hi, I have a property valued at $1.1m and require a mortgage of $550K to pay out NAB after running dispute with them. I have a default on CRA which is making it difficult to get a realistic rate quickly. Long story, but happy to speak anyone who might be interested.
We don't want to go through bank or non-conformers, we have done that and the best we can do is 9% with high entry and exit costs.
Only need it for 1 to 2 years, but would like a fair rate of not more than 7.5%. I would need a letter of offer within a matter of days for the NAB to get off my back. I HOPE SOMEONE CAN HELP??? |
