| This Churchill thing is just so obviously a scam. The people posting that they got loans are obviously part of the scam. Such things are common in Nigeria and the internet has turned out to be perfect for them. Anyone silly enough to send them money will lose it. 100% for sure. Google "Nigerian scam" "419 scam" and "advance fee fraud". Leave the quotes in. Methods vary. But the victim sends money based on false promises. The crooks keep the money. |

| Well i have just found out that Churchill is another one of those scams going around. I made enquiries today and found out that it is another nigerian scam where they ask you for money upfront and then you never hear from them again. More4ann you are a liar and no doubt you are part of the scam to get people interested in this vicious cycle. |

Hi,
I also got an offer from this organisation and a direct phone call from one of the associates. I recieved an Grant Form. They said that I need to send the form and the Fee asap as the grants close within 2 days, however I cant seem to locate the London address or business name in the UK Yellow pages. I told them I would have my solicitor check the document and their business out before I sent any money. Will wait and see. |

| Yeah this was my concern, they say that they have funds for me but i need to pay some fee first. I know that this is wrong. If you need to pay fees and stuff these amounts should be deducted at settlement. We will see what happens as i have asked them to deducted fees from settlement. |

| If you have to pay money before you recieve the loan this is wrong and could be suss especially if there are no guarantees that you will get the loan. Ok they may say that the money is there and you will get it you just need to pay something first but never believ that |
