Hi Danielle,

To get a house in Liverpool with a backyard you are looking at about $400k+ on a rent to own home. You would need to pay about $780-800+ pw and have say 5-10k deposit up front. Your best way is to find a partner to buy the house in joint names. However do register your interest with http://www.renttoownyourhome.com.au

Cheers Karl.

Rent to Own or Vendor Financed Wanted! Reply to this message
I am looking for a house in or around the Liverpool area of Sydney. I have a small deposit and good credit history. I am struggling to find a bank that will give me a loan due to my age (19). I can afford up to $400p/w and I'm looking for a place with a bit of a backyard as i have 2 dogs. I have a steady job and income. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
