CBH is not a copper stock. I personally don't care how much it went up.
This is the KZL thread anyway. Start a CBH one if it turns you on.
I want to get into copper as well as zinc and silver is doing better than gold and they mine some of that as well as a bi-product.
I can also put it on margin. |

Vernon and Toby,
Do you know of any reason Kagara went up so much yesterday?
No Announcement.
I checked the gains of Copper and Zinc since last December.
Copper up 56%. Zinc up 30%. Info from www.mineralstox.com |

copper and zinc up a bit, AUD at .717 USD, and KZL up almost 30% today. copper and zinc have been in up trend for a month now.
but, KZL still got a couple off debt issues to work out.
- interesting to see how this Mungana float pans out.. |

thanks Vernon, good to see at least one sensible person here willing to talk about stocks.
The IPO is expected to be listed in June. I'm a holder of KZL so I should get one in the mail in due time. Still undecided if I'll participate though..
Gold ore is being stockpiled on surface for future treatment by Mungana Goldmines. Ore stocks at the end of January stood at 33,000t grading 1.77 grams/tonne gold and these stocks will continue to build up as mining of the base metal deposit proceeds.
The Mungana plant was planed to come on stream around the end of the March quarter 2009. $90m already paid by KZL and the Mungana processor only requires electrical wiring to be completed, KZL did say at the last agm that the Mungana processor could be re configured to process gold quite quickly if they made the decision. |

| KARAGARA ZINC Hello!! Toby H I took a look at this company as i said I would and now i am reporting back to you as I said I would. The red dome mine was previously mined as an open cut until 1994 when mining operations stopped there. It seems that it was then abandoned. At Mungana It appears that it was a very old historic gold rush era mining area and it too abandoned. Both areas have been re-explored by expert independant geoligical survey company who reported favourably on both areas.Consequently an extensive drilling program was undertaken by the company to explore for gold grades that would support a mining operation there. You have reported the driilling results from time to time,so a good read of your postings will produce those. Both of these old mines will be mined together and the ore processed through an existing plant already there overhauled and reopened. there is a plan to introduce new plant as well. The company seems to have a good reputation as a mining company and has performed well in the past. The operation reminds me of the re-opening of the old historic gold areas at Ravenswood in the early 1980's by Queensland minerals ltd. That operation was profitable and it consisted of open mining the whole area where mining previously was by pick windlass and shaft. With the gold price high as it is I think this is more of a long term investment and maybe one for the next stock market boom. Your buy in price will determine you profit in the long run unless there is some type of upheveal before then I personally think Kagara has good prosprects. |

from todays ann: Significant Upgrade to Mungana Gold Resource
"located in the Chillagoe region of far
north Queensland,.... 1.29 grams per tonne gold, 0.22% copper, 0.33% lead, 0.55% zinc
and 19 grams per tonne silver containing 695,000 ounces of gold, 10.3 million ounces
of silver and 38,000 tonnes of copper. This resource sits within a larger gold resource of
45.9 million tonnes grading 0.76 grams per tonne gold containing 1.12 million ounces
of gold, 14.8 million ounces of silver and 63,000 tonnes of copper and incorporates
This has de-risked the development of the Mungana gold deposit substantially, with
access already established and geotechnical conditions well understood......"
....also expecting significant upgrade to the current Red Dome gold resource apparently. |

Mungana will consist of the Red Dome and Mungana porphyry deposits, containing an inferred resource of 1.6million ounces (plus copper and silver).
Newcrest Mining has previously expressed interest in the porphyry deposits, which bear some similarities to its Ridgeway operation in NSW's Cadia Valley and are amenable to sub-level caving. |

what dose KZL get from this new float they plan on, Mungana Goldmines, which will acquire the rights to KZLs' gold assets in north Queensland and recently discovered Victoria gold copper porphyry system.
Kagara shareholders will be invited to participate in the Mungana IPO.
It seems like they're removing one of KZLs' current assets, repackaging it and then offering KZL shareholders buy it back again.
As far as I know, all of the capital raised from the IPO will go into getting Mungana Goldfields into production stage. |
