The story is worth a read also. If you can be honest, does the face resemble you in any way? For me no,nil moustache and light coloured eyes & thinner face.I look forward to your self assessment in due course.

Their moronic behaviour etc to the poster I meant.

In other words, anyone would be silly to let a fool upset them. That does not mean they should put up the childish shiit that is put on this and just lately, a lot of that is yours.

"Bruce - my approach to you and your theory is humourous and reactive"

Yeah, I really bust my belly laughing.

And I can't cop idiots and fools that want to put their cr@p on me with little or no provocation, just retaliation, so although only a fool would be upset by their moronic behaviour, their stupidity and lies, it still would give anyone reason to be abusive.
I would never carry on like the clowns on this do but supposing I did. Who would whinge if someone did get abusive with me? I'll tell you who. The morons, ar$e kisses, Neutral Observers and their ventriloquists on this would and do.

Bruce - my approach to you and your theory is humourous and reactive. Your approach is abusive because so many people choose to disregard your theories.

Guy,

"jacko did you see the yahoo financial news post within the last hour re Colonial bank (USA)largest one to go under this year? etc etc"

You are asking on of the sheeple, does he know what is going on out there. In fact one of the major sheeple. Sure he "knows" there is nothing to worry about simply because he "knows." He also "knows" my conspiracy FACTS are not for him because he "knows" they are not worth the bother to even consider considering.

Him do any research? Don't be silly.

That sheeple you mentioned you say you saw was him.
Now you know what jacko looks like.

Re:Banks Going BAD Reply to this message
Sorry - I worked it out on an each way basis - not straight place bet.

Made a profit yesterday...but overall would be down - only a mill or so....nah - I have $10 each on about 5 or 6 place cards for Saturday on the Metro meetings - and if one or more of them salute - and depending on how many jars i have on board - i may do a few bets on the woofers that night. I was up about $40 after the last at Doomben - spent $20 @ Meadows treble and $10 on Wenty place card. place card no good - treble - sweeeet !

Put another on at Sandown today - R 3 No 1 R 5 No 2 R 6 No 7 adn Race 8 No 10. If they all run a place i get $118 for my $10. Not bad - 4 favorites or 2nd faves to [place and you get 11/1 !! Its harder than it look but its great value and great fun !! Have a good one..

Re:Banks Going BAD Reply to this message
$2.30 = 130% profit but for me zero $ as mostly I don't bet,as with last night. Your $236 did that put you in the black? How do you fare over the long term? Red or Black? I keep away from it because the odds are always against you. Same with casinos. At least with the stock market,in most cases, you don't risk losing all your stake.

BB&T Takes Over Colonial After Biggest U.S. Failure Since WaMu
Aug. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Colonial BancGroup Inc., the Alabama lender facing a criminal probe, had its banking operations closed by regulators and taken over by BB&T Corp. in the biggest bank failure since Washington Mutual Inc. collapsed last year.
The collapse pushed the number of failures to 74 this year, as regulators close banks at the fastest pace in 17 years amid real-estate losses in the worst housing crisis since the Great Depression.
Colonial's failure will deplete the FDIC's deposit insurance fund by $2.8 billion, the agency said.
The $2.8 billion estimated cost to the deposit insurance fund compares with an expected $5 billion hit from the failure of BankUnited Financial Corp., a smaller Florida-based thrift acquired in May by private-equity groups led by billionaire Wilbur Ross. BankUnited was focused almost exclusively on home loans, while Colonial has a mix of commercial and consumer loans, Thomas said.

Only two banks gone today, but one was quite substantial, along the lines of WAMA last year.

Re:Banks Going BAD Reply to this message
jacko did you see the yahoo financial news post within the last hour re Colonial bank (USA)largest one to go under this year? 74th bank to fail this year. BB&T ? has taken them over aided by FDIC. The FDIC is protecting nearly $300 billion in deposits of failed banks. I've seen additional comment that AIG is bankrupt again but is disguising the truth. 1000 banks are on the brink and that there will be a $3.5 trillion commercial property meltdown within 3-6 months. Apart from that plus massive unemployment and homelessness ALL IS WELL WITH THE WORLD.

Re:Banks Going BAD Reply to this message
USA post 24h gold Jim Willie PRESSURE TOWARD BREAKDOWN thread....... 1000 banks on the brink, AIG bankrupt again (deceiving the reality) $3.5 trillion commercial real estate sector facing massive defaults by years end. This will mirror the ongoing housing collapse. The US government is facing imminent economic collapse once the weight of new failures are added to their existing burden, including falling tax revenues and rising unemployment. Massive homelessness is on the increase. Many states are already bankrupt. The USD and stock values are set for massive value falls of up to 70%.into next year. The official response is to remain optimistic and smiling in the face of adversity. A bit like assuring the dinner guests on the TITANIC that all was well after hitting the iceberg. Getting the orchestra to make nice music again was supposed to calm peoples fears. The domino effect has yet to hit mainstream Americans. By the time it does, just like wet shoes on the TITANIC,it will be too late.
