VID / Videlli / ERG shareholders should get $0.013 dividens per share

The board, (same directors controlling VID and VIX-ERG), did not answer to shareholders on 50% benefits in VIX-ERG $23 millions profits.
That means 17000 shareholders were misleading by the 50% benefit false agreement.
After take away all assets and block out shareholders by a barrier VID, ERG reappear at new face, please look ERG new site http://www.vix-erg.com/, that showed ERG is not a insolvent company, but passed hight spending term (2003~2007), then get into reward term (after the assets grapping).
The facts tell shareholders again and again that ERG will never pay one cents to shareholders in any hight income situation, Neither 50% benefit, nor the case v.s. NSW govt.
The only way for shareholders to get back benefit, is joining our class action, to against the board stolen our assets, and to find out T-card crisis true reason --- corruption, rather than civic law case.

VID / Videlli / ERG shareholders should get $0.013 dividens per share

According to SMH Business Day news on November 2nd, VIX-ERG report $23 millions profit by June 30th 2009.
As the agreement of restructure, VID should get 50% benefit, that is $23 m / 2 /
860 m shares = $0.013 per share.
But more benefit are still behind. USA assets sold on July 7, after June 30th, so most of income were excluded. It should be much more.
The news said [There wasn't much choice in the end. --- and facing certain collapse if not for the continued support of ---] big boys. The facts are ERG turned into positive cash flow for 9 months before taken over, And without him, ERG could merged with good company. At any worst situation, shareholders never suffer as now worse than zero.

3. For ERG one director, he have transferred all peak income into himself, left results worse than insolvency --- only debit for shareholders. Two possible answers:
A. He could be a victim too, without link to the NSW govt. officers.
He have pointed out that NSW govt. new bid solution is copied from ERG, the USA boy set lots barriers for ERG to delay T-card and their smart card can be breach within 15 minutes.
But after there is no way to go, he has to make deal with the USA boy. Why he still continue the case? If he could sell ERG 95% completed Sydney T-card assets to the USA boy and NSW govt. for $200 millions, that should be much better than share any rewards with shareholders. At the beginning, He did really legal action to against NSW govt. But he may give up later, if he could make a deal with the USA boy and NSW govt.
B. He could have joined and designed whole plan initial. He has made the deal with the USA boy and NSW govt. officers before T-card termination.
ERG CEO was kicked out before 5 months to T-card termination. Maybe, the CEO does not agree it. The termination was pre-arranged for half years.
He has guide shareholders only view to NSW govt. officers [all for politics], avoid the only possible cause --- corruption. After McGurk Murdered, He has never catch any opportunity to investigate the corruption.
Why nobody dare to against him? A big tiger (NSW govt. some officers) may behind the fox (the director).
The case v.s NSW govt. may just pretend an shell hope for shareholders to prevent them against the grabbing 100% assets.
If he sold Sydney assets to the USA boy, then deliberately fail T-card case , Answer is B. If he against NSW govt. officers with corruption problems, Answer is A.

We have replied your e-mail, did you received?
1. 50% Interest in VIX-ERG.
2. Class action to against ERG big directors who did wrongdoing by misleading to grab all assets from shareholders. They should face 5 to 11 years jail for such serious criminal ($1000 millions), or pay compensation to ERG shareholders, about $0.60 per share according to ERG cash real income.
3. Ernest Yong made misleading value assessment in ERG restructure. They recently paid large compensation to a gold mining company shareholder by class action.

VIX-ERG answer to ERG Class Action Group
After we FAX a letter to VIX-ERG, received answer e-mail, attached following.
In the answer, "The Company Videlli has a 50% ordinary shareholder interest in Vix ERG", this sentence never appear in the restructure Notice of AGM, that is a confusion game document. There are lots misleading in the documents.
The most serious one is that ERG peak income period was cut out in the value assessment.
In < Independent Expert’s Report> 17/9/2008, Page 34, 5th row, the cash flows forecast, Only from 1/7/2009 later.
They deliberately avoid the peak income period 1/7/2008 ~ 1/7/2009 in whole. They was misleading shareholders to believe ERG next 5 years value equate to the loan, about 110 millions, then pass the vote.
They made false value data, Hiding important information and misleading.
That is why they scare to expose the new finance report.
Ok, VID shareholders can access VIX-ERG finance report. But VID must get the finance report as 50% shareholder. Then VID should show the report to us, as our interest are in that.
We will keep to trace for the interest for our members.

We spread evidences and research documents to many our members, SMH, Opposition Leader, to prevent from evidences destroyed as in case of Mr. McGurk.
