It would seem to me you're contradicting yourself motorlaunch. The food part, no worries. THe explosives. If you see BHP $1, RIO $3 etc etc, surely they will be using less explosives, not to mention paying a lot less for them or not using them at all???

p.s ever heard of drilling(" even if they find nothing they still have to use explosives")

i paid 61 in feb 07 then sold at 75, 87, 1.05 with my highest being 1.51. Buying at the moment, whilst still risky - is good long term - and i can wait

Re:Rare Earth Elements Reply to this message
with current knowledge it is impossible to attack climate change without the use of rare earth elements. but not only climate change, they are essential in a wide range of modern, high tech applications

Re:Rare Earth Elements Reply to this message
the important thing about LYC is that they have a lot of them all in one confined area which makes it viable to mine. Most other occurrences are spread very thinly and cannot be mined economically. LYC is the biggest known deposit/mine in the world outside China which has now stopped exporting as they need their own supply for their own market.

Re:Rare Earth Elements Reply to this message
The term "Rare Earth" arises from the minerals from which they were isolated, which were uncommon oxide-type minerals (earths), only found in Gadolinite from one mine in the village of Ytterby, Sweden, However, with the exception of the highly-unstable promethium, the rare earth elements are found in relatively high concentrations in the earth's crust with Cerium being the 25th most abundant element in the earth's crust at 68 parts per million.

Re:Rare Earth Elements Reply to this message
i dont remember saying no body would ever want them. i dont understand why you think they should be called rare. titanium is not rare and most of the other elements included are not rare. canada has a company that has been promising to supply america more than 10% of there needs for years now. were still wating. anyway, why do you think they are rare?

Going up - Dunno about in a month - the best for this mob will be late next year, early 2010...a month would be selling prematurely. But I see what you're saying.

Re:Rare Earth Elements Reply to this message
There are companies with far worse perfromance than that. They are still in pre production - people want to be in blue chips now..not specs. People whio know the story and have dopne some research are happy to be in these. My reasons are all over this forum - in between the unfortunate shiit fights - Rare means there's not that much of it by comparison with other elements.

Would you care to provide some reasoning behind your claims that no one will want REE. I'll even forget for a few moments that LYC have already sold a shiit load of the first 2 product runs already with LOI in hand as well - so humour me...or are you just attention seeking?
