| I am looking at this stock. November last year, when the market price was $0.72 something, it issued new share for only $0.60 to institutional investor. I am not really sure about the technical side. But from financial perspective, it may indicate its fair value is around $0.60. |

| Im not so sure about that really. DYESOL is really making some significant advances in the technology, and now they have got a panel that has a lifespan similar to that of silicon, at 25% of the price of silicon, the investors might just be backing the technology.. I know a couple of green funds that are investing heavily in new technology.. the 280% increase in sales is a good thing. You can't compare a little start up tech company with a big blue chip. DYESOL is one of those stocks that you need to be prepared to loose on, in the hope that it will be a $10-$50 stock in the future. Ie, if you invest in this one, don't mortage the house on it. |

Dyesol or someone may still get burnt fingers expect those trades to be looked into further.
Not sure works for a trader trying to flush out other peoples stops in order to then grab bargains, the stops more likely based on actual SOLD prices.
At opening (cannot recall terminology) exchange calculates out an average opening or closing price by matching Buys against sells. Are explanations how this works around.
Have seen some really ludicrous prices appear say only must sell... offering lowest sell price to be sure achieved a sale.. or highest buy price to be sure of a purchase. |

Well it was a pretty interesting day, not just for Dyesol of course. This morning Dyesol responded to an ASX query about there recent surge. Dyesol claimed that it was not due to unreleased market sensitive information. Then a couple of hours later they released their 1/2 yearly results, which showed a 280% increase in sales. Perhaps there was just a little speculation in the market?
On another tack, I was watching the market depth on DYE this morning before the market opened. While there were buyers around 70c, someone decided to offer 2,600 shares for 60c. Too me that looks as if a trader was trying to flush out peoples stops so they could go in and grab some bargains. One of my colleagues is sceptical about that theory so I was wondering what others thought about it.
cheers,
Marty. |

Hello,'mwstephenson',
Some good Announcements to the A.S.X. recently could have attracted a 'Green' Fund Manager and then some Chart Following Traders. Present Market Cap. seems high at $46,000,000 because there could be a good deal of 'Cash Burn'with this Project.Interesting ;however how much Electricity can delivered by this Process.

I got into Dyesol earlier this month at $0.52 and in the last 2 days its added 20c closing at $0.79. 1.8M shares were traded today so somebody must know something?
I can't find any recent news that cause this jump. Ideas anyone? |

| Hi, I don't know if anyone still follows dyesol. I got burned a little, but I kept it on the radar. Does any one else think the price pattern of the last few months are forming some sort of Elliot wave formation? And if so, which direction do you think it'll break out to? I think the fundamentals of the company don't support the price, but there may be a technical play here. |

| I had a look at Dyesol about 6 months ago. Then the technology was very much in its infancy, and they had produced only some small demo panels. The problem apparently is to make a robust product which will stand up to commercial use (the technology is already known). The recent rise is no doubt to do with the company getting a contract for a renewable energy plant in Greece. But what goes up this fast nearly always comes down.... |

| It depends on the technology. If the techology is good then it will be worth a lot more. Have a look at FMG. I remember telling a friend to buy it at 50c. It is nearly $6 now. As usual I didnt have the money to buy some myself. You did well selling at 72c. You probably got something like 300% return. I noticed it has come off last couple of days. I wont touch it now. It has gone up too far and too fast. |

Amazing tech-boom-like run on this. I was in early (September) and out at 72 cents. I cant see how a company with total sales of $132,000 in 2004/05 can have a market capitalisation of over $150 Million (when all the escrow shares and options are counted).
I wonder whether punters paying the present prices are aware that Dyesol is a reincaration. |

| I like the company and what it is trying to develop. But like I said it is too late to buy into this one. Chances are once this rally dies there will be a nice correction. That may provide a buying opportunity. It is very risky trading in somethig that has rallied strongly. It could also keep rallying. If the technology can be developed and used then this company will defenitely be woth alot of money. A director selling shares usually is not a good sign. |

| Had a total rethink about this one. The Managing Director's company sold 3 million Dyesol options at 30 cents on Feb 15, valuing the shares implicitly at about 50-60 cents! |

| hmmm $1.94. I don't have any money. But if I did I wouldn't do anything now. Would have been nice if I bought it at 20c though. Anybody heard of QHL? I had to sell my stock in that one to pay some unexpected bills.I think that one will be worth alot of money as well. |

I was checking thru some of the traffic and noticed a couple of german websites, they just happened to be stock market chat rooms just like this one also talking about Dyesol

| $1.25 now. Look at the market capitalisation, not the share price. Cheap by international standards to major building materials multinationals looking to the future. How much do you think a company is worth that could convert every window in the world into a 10% efficiency energy generating unit without affecting the transparency? |

| Bottom drawer them ha Jossie? They closed up 29c today at 77c. Looks like your sitting on a 300% ++ gain. Not bad. I didn't have any money to buy them but I have been looking at them. Thats what sparked my initial post. I noticed some buying. Looks like there is still some solid buying. Anybody know why? |
