Higgins got a winner today. Maybe the key is only back him in very small fields and he can't get lost..there were only 5 in it today. |

Try Ascot R7 No 7 - West River Charley - 20/1 - $15 fixed..you got about 20 minutes to get on.
With 2 boys playing cricket - I dont have the punting time i used to - its well worth it though - one made 14 - the other made 11 !!! "Theres always tomorrow" ha ha.. |

Agrippa should have won...nickolic tried for inside run and hit heels nearly fell,then pulled out wide 200m out and was 2 lengths off last horse.ran about 5th beaten 3 lengths..
Eripsni run down on post at 12-1 developed print..

Bit disappointed to hear that Legs. I was hoping to get a bit closer to the odds posted in yesterdays paper - $9 x $12. Do you think the bookies are reading our conversations and shorting the odds? ha ha ha ha.
I'll do $20 on TAB sportsbet and $10 as an all up maxi div on Sportingbet and see how it goes. Good luck to us !! |

Ok - you got me. I found the last leg pretty difficult - so I'll put Berringama in. I like Newitt as well. I like Keano
in R 8 so a running double is also the go.

Race nine Berringama was 4 wide all the way and killed them at seymour. ran 3rd to shocking and awimoweh in May at caulfield.

G'day Legs - I'll give you the same odds about that as I would about me not thinking about having a beer - or bruce not thinking about saying something stupid !
Well done with the quaddie..I got one in perth on Sat ...$101.90 x 400%..v nice. Been down the coast - car is like a bloody sandpit! No luck yesterday...did the favorite quinella...cant think of a more deserving winner than Mark Kav - but as has already been reported - the ride from C Brown was ordinary. He doesn't know any other way to ride a horse than to slaughter it....I told the wife i could have backed shocking but from barrier 22 and Brown up - he was a fair chance to be 22 wide the whole way - and he nearly was - great effort by the horse and trainer, despite the double handicaps.
Definitely on Sea Skye tomorrow...even B Higgins cant get lost around Flemington can he? Looks an ideal race for her; and will also all up her into Faint Perfume.
Wont have to go too wide in the quad tomorrow - 2/2,3/5/3,4,9. $30 for 500%. Better laid plans have come unstuck. |

I got quaddie yesterday for a small percentage Jacko...but it did pay $12,000 for 100% so a small percentage was still nice!! |
