Actually I was asking a question seeking clarification about what was being referred too in the earlier post, nothing more. No offence intended!
Also my comment that the state will have to raise taxes to meet any unfunded liabilities still stands. I am not sure what your what you are getting at? Would you like to clarify what your problem with my post is please?

Latched onto this are inclusive expansive payouts, medical coverage, maternity leave, dentle cover,accident cover to and from place of attendance,with many other tax paying gifts and benifits, Then theres future costs thats already been paid for and unbelieverabaly becomes extra paid unproductive costs,CALLED DOUBLE BILLING IN THE REAL WORLD.-- (All Scibed into the RED LEGER) Then theres the PUBLIC SERVANTS HUGE COMPLIMENTARY SUPER FUNDS 10%-25% of all earnings proscibed to the land of majic Didgets all on HUGE promisory notes. The Banks have to have funds to compensate their customers at a Rush. The VICTORIAN Government has the elevation of TAXES to cover the UNFUNDED LIABILITIES.(Your savings and everybodys savings) Yes the unfunded givaways and political schemes Benifiting those that donot contribute to savings or the tax base is mounting by the MILLIONS,--- ALL UNFUNDED---. Your callous comment that its only Polititians and their remuninations that are creating this delemer, just shows how politically narrow and politically nieve you and your schoolboy comments are. | The reality of mismanagement by the Stategovernment is only now being questioned by the middlevoters, As they are suddenly aware that what they thought was directed at the Rich Baddies, is squarely placed on their Trade shoulders too. Even the miserable handout scams are being questioned -- and thats amazing, especially as its all FREE. |

It is not entirely clear to me what State Super funds you are referring to in your post. Is it the Super funds for state employees or the funds needed to pay politicians Super benefits? Either way there is always taxes to meet the short fall and I guess in the end except for politicians the super conditions will need to be less generous or everyone will need to pay more in tax.
