CAUTION! CAUTION! And be flexible in your approach!

There is indeed much bad news at present.

Why! Only last week, two good friends of mine lost their jobs. Both are now worried about how to find the funds to enable them to keep up payments on the mortgages on their homes.

With little prospect for gaining employment in the town where they are currently residing, one of these friends of mine is faced with the prospect of selling his home at a great loss, (due to the glut of property now on the market and the fall in real value) and moving his whole family elswhere.

Who is not concerned now for their own financial future?

Are not each of us now seeing that the situation is becoming more and more desperate each and evry day?

Check out the BLOG: AUSTRALIA - ECONOMIC DISASTER LOOMS & steve_b_wilson`s efforts here to stimulate a CRUSADE which shall serve to get the word out to each and every citizen of this country so that they may be better prepared and able to take action which shall result in their securing their financial future is to be applauded.

Hey communism_is.evil,
So are you happy dealing with the USA following your statement 'Political Activity is directly linked to Economic Activity' when considering the wrongs they have done & continue to do to the world.

"Take on more debt to boost inflation!
Isn't that how we got in this situation in the first place?"

What situation?

Oh I see.... you only thought you could make money by being long the asset.

Re:Pending Economic Collapse Reply to this message
Libor rates have fallen below 1%, the first time since the collapse of Lehman bros. That shows that banks are lending each other again as governments are trying to force feed money into reluctant private banks after stress testing. It is an attempt to expand credit and prevent credit contraction and forced deleveraging, by decreasing the banks fractional reserve ratio. If banks are lending business at ease and refinancing at ease than deflation of asset value will no longer happen, especially when they are yielding a return far superior to the very low interest rates. There will be no need for fire sales and asset prices will not be forced to fall. With increase in printing and low interest rates and creation of 5 million jobs under the stimulus plan, funded by printing of trillions without borrowing, a eventual inflation of wealth assets will occur in the coming years that will wipe out the value of debt in real terms.

Re:Pending Economic Collapse Reply to this message
Tibet is part of China, if all the states & territories of Australia tried to break away from ACT do you think it would just happen, or do you think it would get nasty.
In history when a question of land ownership arises it is not normally very peaceful, such as the POMS claiming Oz or Germany trying to claim France.(Notice the two examples given are totally different countries to Germany, yet Tibet is part of China)
The chinese just have different views on how to treat law breaking individuals, they lock theirs up or put them to death, we give them a slap on the wrist & release them to commit more offences.
I notice you never verbally attack USA for their incorrect acts around the world in countries that don't belong to them & also didn't vote them into power for their country.
