| What are the exact regulations/laws that govern the control of these issues in your state, i.e. NSW? You need to form a lobby group, to pursue this matter further, with your state government representatives. |

Each year hundreds of NSW elderly people are robbed of their homes, and their carers are vilified because people wanting control of a person with diminished mental capacity (such as Alzheimer's victims) only need to lie to hospital and the NSW Guardianship Tribunal about the carer and the person they are wanting control of.
Having accepted and acted on False or misleading information the NSW bodies do not want to admit their mistake.
Even if you have proof that the criminal acts violating Section 307 of the NSW Crimes Act, the NSW bodies will not report the crime and the Police refuse to accept a report from the victims of the crime.
