Hi can I ask is your judgement based on one trade or you have traded more with them? As they do not give advise as far as I know, they have research and can give you an overview however you make the decisions not them and it is your responsibility. They give only general advise. I am just looking at them as well and opening an account to explore and learn about them and the Commodity Warrants however I am aware it is risky and the we are responsible for our decision not them. Thank you.

Yes and I will not recommend it to anyone. I initially have $10000. My broker recommend bullish on gold for 3 months as this what their adviser recommend. i lost $8000 as the broker recommend selling it at a lost as it is about 20 days before the expiry. It hurts. If I were you I will not touch it. It's hard to make money.
