| Why do you say "artist" when you mean singer? To me an artist is someone who paints or draws pictures =================== It all goes back to the Greeks and the Nine Muses. It covers a broad spectrum. Calling a singer an Artist is the correct term. |

| At the moment any soul r&b artists from the seventies. There is now a group for Al Wilson fans on yahoo http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/alwilson/ Al Wilson passed away this year on April 21. If you don't know much about him you can check out the links section in the group and you can get an idea of what he was about.He had hits with "The Snake", "Show And Tell" etc. On your list there marina the only band that I really like is Creedence Clear Water Revival. The others are good but not to my taste. Good range though. |

| Meatloaf is fantastic live - had to see him twice when he was here years ago and the female singer that tours with him is one of the best i have ever heard. Also The Eagles are terrific - better live than recorded.there's an Irish band called Clannad and they are also one of the best i have seen.Gabriella Cilmi is great - and i also love Amy Winehouse.Jamiroqui are great too!But i think my favourite bands of all time have to be Aerosmith and No Doubt/Gwen Stefani {i can't decide so am having both!!} | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Well, Ben's Brother, for great stirring listening, Scissor Sisters, for fantastic dance value, Elton John, for superb driving music,(and singing along),Travis, because they are Travis,The Verve, again, because they are The Verve, and thats 5 of my top choices.
