| Absolutely the worst movie ever ws the Sponge Bob Square Pants movie. So bad I that even though I saw it for free, I still left the theater feeling as if I had paid TOO much. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| So far it would have to be AUSTRALIA. It was dreadful. Someone should aim a boomerang at Baz Luhrmann's head. He needs a wake up call. |

| It's not even out at the cinemas yet and I've only seen the previews, but I reckon the worst movie I'm NEVER going to see is: AUSTRALIA, with Nic and Hugh. It looks bloody awful and everyone in the theatre thought it was some kind of a joke, that's how bad it is. Phew! | There are so many many many to list - where does one begin??? Let's make it simple - worst movie seen this year to date;- Australian movie "Punishment" is disgusting and stupid. Would have walked out but it was an AFI Awards screening for members and the director brought along all his friends to block the exits! IF it gets a cinema release - do a molly meldrum (ie a favour) and save your money and go see something else!!! |

| I'll probably get tarred and feathered for this one, but, here goes: the worst movie I've ever seen, besides Van Helsing, (see below, a few notches) is: GREASE. I absolutely hate it! The only decent bit is John Travolta doing Greased Lightning: the rest of it just cheeses me right off. YUK!!! I hate the songs, the actors, the dancing and the non-existent plot. SUCKS!!! |

| Ishtar, (Warren Beaty Dustin Hoffman). Worst movie ever made. So bad, in fact that it's name became synonymous with the term describing a box office flop. When Hoffman won a movie "hall of fame" award they discreetly ignored it when listing his movie efforts. Being a classy fellow Hoffman reminded them, stating that "everyone has an "Ishtar". In the movie Hoffman and Beatty played two completely talentless song writers who get their big break, a gig at a nightclub in Morrocco where they end up embroiled in a cold war standoff. Nowdays it seems to have got funny, so incredibly bad that it has become funny. Paul Williams had to write the soundtrack commenting (arrogantly, I thought) that he found it really hard to write a string of really bad songs specially for the script. I would have thought he'd already managed to do it, they could have picked a dozen or so of songs that he'd already written. |
