| I am trying to find an animated film I saw in the 80's. I remember it is about a girl who visits a small town that is having a contest that strongly involves flowers. She can transform herself and her outfit based on different flower colors and design. She makes friends with a girl whose brother thinks his sister is perfect and should win the local contest. I think she originally comes to the town to find a certain flower (a type of rose, I think?), which she finds being grown in an widower's garden. The widower's deceased wife had grown the flowers, and he is very protective of them. I remember that in the end, the sister ends up winning the contest because of the talent section, where she wins over the judges with the crepes that she makes. I am trying to piece this movie together to remember what it was, but it is coming so slowly.
