| I have to agree with you concerning the Notebook, I went to get a copy for my wife not knowing anything about it. At the counter two ladies warned me I would cry - sure:) I sat with my wife and guess what ,I cried during the ending more than my wife - embarrassing. |

| Flowers in the Attic was a notable one as well for the desperation of the mother for love that she would hide and try to poison her own children. And that weird stuff with her parents. The mother being hung in the end and the remaining children just walking away... Haven't watched it in 10 years but it still gets me. |
