| iight ima be honest .....ive seen almost all tha mob movies there is....tha only 2 i havent seen n ima see it in like 2 days from now is once upon a time in america n the sicilian......top 10 movies r... 1.godfather I 2.godfather II 3.gotti 4.10th and wolf 5.casino 6.goodfellas 7.road to perdition 8.a bronx tale 9.the sicilian 10.the untouchable......... theres more but they aint come 2 my head lol....the untouchable is a peace of shyt of movie...i waisted my precous time watchin tha shyt....mah ppl sayin is a hot movie...that shyt is wak....well yea ill be bak wen i c once upon a time in american n the sicilian ...then ill update my list :D |

| I watched Millers Crossing...damn good. Some awesome pictures. I thought the scene with the dead guy in the alley, the little kid & the dog looked great, beutiful imagerey. Poor Gabriel Byrne get punched around more the Sir Elton's bum. He did well to keep his hat. |

| Well I reckon, if you want to get technical... Mob films are a sub-genre of crime films, dealing with Italian Mafia. Layer Cake would fall in with the British Crime Flicks like Get Carter and Guy Ritchie's decent flicks (Snatch and Lock, Stock). |

| I'm still standing by Miller's Crossing. That's not to disrespect Goodfellas - which I think, along with the Godfather, can be considered the definitive Mob films. But I like the twisted edge that the Coen Brothers bring to the genre. You'd also have to rate The Untouchables up there with the classics of the genre. |

| The Godfather 1 & 2 as well as Goodfellas are the obvious choices that people seem to pick. However, the greatest mafia film ever made is definitely Miller's Crossing. The Coen brothers are geniuses. Whoever picked Analyze This in their favourite mob movies should never watch a mob movie again. Ever. |
